JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for executing custom projects at a high level by directly contributing to project design and commissioning, while leading and tasking junior Engineers to various project tasks that lead to efficient project completion, and general team growth. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be a key member of an Engineering team with the responsibilities of designing, installing, and commissioning various industrial electrical systems. Systems to include power distribution relaying and study analysis, custom electrical equipment design & commissioning, and project management for heavy industry projects. The position requires hands-on shop and field support to work both independently and within a team to lead and mentor various Coalmont Engineers and technicians to successfully complete projects based on sound engineering practices, customer specifications and expectations. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Entry/Junior Level Construction Manager role generally consists of long-term and daily construction
project management. The selected candidate will be exposed to all elements of electrical, mechanical,
and civil construction disciplines, including design, construction, and commissioning phases. The
Construction Manager must be highly organized with a strong focus for details. The Construction Manager must have the ability to always see the big picture, and the character to know when to ask for help. The Construction Manager will not only represent Coalmont as a member of a larger team but will be responsible for individual Coalmont-to-client communications and relationships. The successful candidate must be able to clearly communicate both technical and non-technical topics to management and customers with leadership and integrity. The Construction Manager must be a self-starter, detail oriented and driven to manage personal and professional schedules to meet deadlines without
sacrificing quality. The Entry/Junior Construction Manager position is a developmental opportunity with
a fast-paced Engineering and General Contracting company that has limitless opportunities to learn in
an apprentice type environment with expected growth into a Senior Project Management role.

The Electrical CAD Drafter will be responsible for assisting in the creation of detailed technical documentation packages, such as CAD drawings, schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams for industrial control panels and motor control centers, along with maintaining up-to-date and accurate modifications made during the shop assembly and installation processes. The Electrical CAD Drafter will be able to complete drawings within specified timelines and communicate effectively with senior team members on electrical specifications to complete drawings within the design criteria. Additional tasks will include supporting the shop assembly processes as needed to maintain consistent shop turn-around, as well as building personal knowledge and experience in the complete design-build process.
